Family Camp Report
What an incredible camp! Rev. Tom Foster, Rev. & Mrs. Bryan Abernathy, and missionaries Jim & Latitia Robertson combined to minister to the adults while Rev. Nathan Thompson spoke to the youth and various local ministers shared with the children. Coupled with that was singing from across the district that prepared everyone for the Word in every service. Not only did the children have morning sessions, but they also had their own service at night. There was plenty of fun on the golf course and on the walleyball court, but it was apparent from the first service that it was time to have church! A great spirit of unity and urgency was evident throughout the week, and the presence of God that was experienced made this a camp that will not soon be forgotten. |
